Hakim Ziyech snapped a 19-game scoreless streak in all competitions and Emerson added another late to hand boss Thomas Tuchel yet another positive result since taking over for Frank Lampard in January.

The opening goal came from a sublime counter-attack in the 34th minute. From a free kick, Timo Werner's block of a Kieran Trippier cross went to Kai Havertz who played in a sprinting Werner before the Germany international laid the ball off for Ziyech to slot home.
