Bournemouth have revived their bid to sign Villarreal forward Nicolas Jackson.
The 21-year-old saw the move collapse in January amid concerns over a hamstring injury he had suffered.
Bournemouth had agreed a £21million fee but with relegation a serious threat they needed as many fit players as possible and decided they could not gamble on Jackson's fitness.
Jackson was able to return to action in March and finished the season strongly, scoring 10 goals in 14 games for Villarreal.
That has convinced Bournemouth to go back for Jackson but it is understood his price is now closer to £30million.
