Middlesbrough would provide the ‘perfect environment’ for Aston Villa starlet Jack Grealish to kick-start his stuttering career, former midfielder George Boateng has told talkSPORT.
Grealish has been linked with a late January move to the Riverside Stadium, with reports claiming Villa will consider allowing the youngster to leave if they receive £20million and a player in return.
The 21-year-old’s emergence at Villa Park has been tainted by various discipline issues, including tabloid back pages detailing his various exploits during local parties and nights out on the town.
And former Villa and Boro star Boateng believes a move to boring Teeside would be a great move for the lively forward.
