Aston Villa will look to continue to bolster their side ahead of next season by targeting Rennes winger Jeremy Doku.
So far this summer Villa have already added Youri Tielemans and Pau Torres to their squad and looked to be closing in on a club record £50m deal for Bayer Leverkusen's Moussa Diaby.
Now, according to Tuttomercatoweb, Unai Emery is looking to add further firepower to his attacking ranks with the signing of Doku.
The report suggests that Villa have already had an opening bid of around £20m rejected by the French club, but they will return with an improved offer of £25m for the Belgian to get the deal done.
