Police are investigating reports of a white Range Rover that crashed into parked cars in Dickens Heath, Solihull over the weekend.
The West Midlands force were continuing to make enquiries on Monday, and later that day the Villa captain issued a grovelling apology after he was caught out partying at an ex-team-mate's flat during the lockdown. However, there has been no word yet from his club regarding the incident.
