Gary Neville has admitted he predicted Arsenal would get 'battered' by Manchester City in their title-deciding labelled clash at the Etihad on Wednesday.

Pep Guardiola's side showed their class to shoot four past the Gunners as a Kevin de Bruyne brace was topped up with strikes from John Stones and Erling Haaland in the 4-1 victory.

Arsenal previously dropped points in the Premier League title race during draws with Liverpool, West Ham and Southampton before arriving in Manchester, and Neville was shocked to see Mikel Arteta stick with a similar plan to what had been deployed before.
