Our centre-back Lotte Wubben-Moy spent Christmas Day taking part in our annual Christmas dinner for young people in foster care in our local area.
We’ve worked with Islington Council’s Leaving Care Service and Go Forward Youth since 2011, and on every Christmas Day since 2017, we’ve provided special celebrations for care-experienced young people from Islington at The Arsenal Hub.
The event on Christmas Day this year saw approximately 40 care experienced young people come together with the guests played football, video and board games before having Christmas Dinner together. They also received a Christmas hamper provided from our charity partner HisChurch along with other gifts.
