William Saliba has reached out to fellow Arsenal outcast Matteo Guendouzi on social media, communicating that he is being 'locked up' by the club.
The French defender has not featured under Mikel Arteta since he arrived in north London following a loan spell at Saint-Etienne, which came to an end a year after completing a £27million move to the Gunners.
Midfielder Guendouzi suffered a similar treatment last season and was exiled by Arteta over disciplinary reasons last season before being loaned out to Hertha Berlin during October's deadline day.
Guendouzi scored his first Hertha goal on Saturday and shared images of his goal on Instagram, with Saliba reacting with the 'fire emoji' in the comments section.
