Kim Little delivered a captain’s performance on Wednesday night, scoring twice in our 3-0 win over Yeovil Town.
As a result, the Scotland international has become the third player in our squad to score 10 goals or more across all competitions this season, despite missing almost three months of action due to injury.
We spoke to Little after the final whistle - and this is what she said:
on remaining patient…
I think the team performance improved greatly in the second half. It was difficult because they defended with so many numbers on the edge of the box which makes it hard for us to do what we want to do, because we like to play in between the lines and on the floor, so we needed to be patient.
