The Czech Republic international had plenty of talent and will always be a favourite around the Emirates but his final few seasons of his ten-year stay in North London were blighted by injury.

The midfielder made just one appearance in his final season – the 2015/16 campaign – but sealed a return back to his first club Sparta Prague in August 2016.

Unfortunately for Rosicky injury struck once again after he came on as a substitute for his debut and was ruled out for the rest of the season.

However, the 36-year-old’s luck might just be turning around as he made his first start for Sparta Prague at the weekend – and topped it off with an excellent goal.
