Our under-21s suffered a 1 - 0 defeat in a tight Premier League 2 encounter with West Ham United on Friday night.
After an even first half in which Osman Kamara came closest for us, West Ham took the lead five minutes into the second half.
We fought well after going behind, but couldn't force an equaliser in East London.
