Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is expected to miss Wednesday night’s crunch clash with title rivals Manchester City through injury.
The 29-year-old, a crucial part of Mikel Arteta’s side, has suffered a muscular problem.
He trained with his team-mates on Tuesday but is now set to miss the top-of-the-table battle.
The setback means January signing Jorginho could make his first start for the Gunners since arriving from Chelsea.
Partey joins fellow midfielder Mohamed Elneny on the sidelines, while Albert Sambi Lokonga left for Crystal Palace on loan last month.
