Roberto Martinez believes Thierry Henry could replace Arsene Wenger at Arsenal despite his lack of managerial experience as he has a natural ability to 'succeed in any role'.
The Arsenal legend has been linked with the job along with a host of other names following Wenger's announcement he will leave the club at the end of the season after 22 years at the helm.
Henry, who has cut his coaching teeth alongside Martinez with the Belgian national side, has refused to rule himself out of the running to succeed his former manager.
The Frenchman has never managed a side in his career but Martinez believes he is a natural and has the ability to revel in the role.
