Theo Walcott singles out Arsenal star after 0-0 draw with Everton - as Gunners legend claims his opponent 'won the battle' at the Emirates

Theo Walcott called out one of Arsenal's star players after he struggled in their 0-0 draw with Everton on Saturday.

Despite holding 77 per cent possession and firing 13 shots at Jordan Pickford, the Gunners were unable to score at home to the relegation strugglers.

Walcott, who played for both clubs in his 18-year career, praised Everton left winger Iliman Ndiaye for his defensive efforts in the goalless draw.

He claimed that Senegalese international 'won the battle' with Bukayo Saka, who failed to score or assist in his third straight league game.
