Nottingham Forest put their relegation fears to bed after beating Arsenal 1-0 at the City Ground to the delight of the home crowd on Saturday evening.
A goal from Taiwo Ayoniyi was all that was needed to snuff out the dwindling hopes that Arsenal could sneak the title from Manchester City, who were handed their third-consecutive Premier League trophy as the whistle blew on their rivals' capitulation.
But movement at the top of the table was the furthest thing from the minds of the Forest players, who celebrated staying up in front of their fans.
