Lucas Torreira has made a big impression since his arrival this summer - and Granit Xhaka says he’s had a big impact on his own game.
The Uruguayan international made a record 13 recoveries in Monday's 3-1 win against Leicester, and has freed up Xhaka for more offensive duties in midfield.
"You can see that he’s important for us because he’s strong in defence and in duels," the Switzerland midfielder said. "He can play easily from side to side and going forward, he helps with our balance.
"He lets me play my game with the ball and go a bit more in front.
