Scott, Flaherty and Houghton join WSL Hall of Fame

Alex Scott, Gilly Flaherty and Steph Houghton have all been admitted to the Barclays Women's Super League Hall of Fame for 2024.

The three former Gunners are part of this year's quartet of inductees alongside referee Rebecca Welch and were selected by a panel as standout figures during their careers.

With 313 appearances for The Arsenal, Alex Scott collected 21 trophies during her 12-year stay, including six league titles, seven FA Cups and one UEFA Women's Champions League. She notably scored the only goal against Umea to bring us European glory back in 2007.

Gilly Flaherty, meanwhile, was also capped over 150 times for the club during a six-year spell.
