Arsenal's attempts to offload Henrikh Mkhitaryan this summer have taken a setback, with Roma unwilling to pay the £22million asking price.
Mkhitaryan has spent the season on loan at the Stadio Olimpico having fallen down the pecking order at the Emirates Stadium under former manager Unai Emery.
The midfielder has struggled with injuries during his time in Serie A and has just 13 league starts for the club this term.
