We secured a dramatic 3-1 victory over Aston Villa in the Barclays Women's Super League on Sunday night.
After falling behind against the run of play, we created a host of chances in the second half to turn the game around and score three late goals to get back to winning ways.
What happened
We made four changes to the starting XI that suffered defeat at Chelsea last week, but perhaps the biggest story was Laura Wienroither returning to our matchday squad for the first time since suffering an ACL injury 328 days ago.
The majority of the first-half played out in Villa's defensive third as we tried to stretch the play and pull their back-five out of shape, sitting compact around the edge of the area with the support of a narrow midfield.
