Mikel Arteta has his work cut out in getting Arsenal back on track, according to Cesc Fabregas.
Arteta took the reins at the Emirates this season after Unai Emery's disastrous spell was brought to a close in November.
The Gunners are in a period of transition having opted for a younger, less experienced coach that knows the club, much like Chelsea have done in handing the keys to Frank Lampard.
Fabregas also insists that his former team-mate Frank Lampard has done well at Chelsea
However, Fabregas - who has played for both London clubs - believes that the Spaniard has a much tougher route to success ahead of him than the former Blues legend.
