North London derby victory and chase for Champions League qualification will not be enough to satisfy Harry Kane as issue of trophy duck continues to linger for Tottenham's star striker

As far-fetched as it sounds, Harry Kane had a big red cross in his calendar next to Sunday's date.

July 12, 2020, the day Kane would finally lift a trophy. The Euro 2020 final, under the arch at Wembley, captaining England - it would certainly have been worth the wait for the Tottenham striker.

The coronavirus pandemic has - at least for another year - put paid to that dream.

The issue of of Kane's trophy duck, however, lingers. For a footballer of the Tottenham striker's faculties, that really is a travesty.
