England's Under 21 European Championship winners have returned to training just days after their historic triumph.
The Young Lions beat Spain 1-0 in dramatic fashion on Saturday with keeper James Trafford saving a 98th minute penalty to end a 39-year wait for a trophy.
It capped off a memorable tournament for Lee Carsley's side, who failed to concede throughout as they swatted aside Czech Republic, Israel (twice), Germany, Portugal and then Spain en route to a historic success.
Despite the epic achievement, Noni Madueke and Max Aarons - two stars of England's campaign - are already back in training as they step up their preparation for the new season.
