Nicklas Bendtner has given his former team Arsenal a taste of what Nottingham Forest fans will hope is to come.
Bendtner, who will come up against the Gunners on Tuesday night in the third round of the EFL Cup, took to Instagram the night before the game to show off his skills.
He posted a video of himself and defender Hildeberto Pereira playing a game of keepie-ups, which finishes when he successfully controls the ball into the bin in the Forest dressing room.

He celebrates the moment by bumping chests with the Portuguese right back.
