Newcastle's Emil Krafth STALLS on £2.7m move to Istanbul Basaksehir after Swedish right back started against Arsenal in the Premier League on Monday

Newcastle full back Emil Krafth has stalled on a £2.7m move to Istanbul Basaksehir after he started against Arsenal on Monday.

Reports earlier this month claimed that the Turkish club were closing in on the Swedish defender, who has not been a regular in Steve Bruce's starting XI this season.

However, after Krafth played 90 minutes in the 3-0 defeat against the Gunners this week as Bruce rung the changes, the right back is considering staying at the club he has been at since 2019.
