Jordan Nobbs is already one of the Women's Super League's leading midfielders - but Joe Montemurro believes she can get even better.
Our England international has featured mainly from the left this season and netted her first goal of the campaign at the weekend, opening the scoring against Tottenham Hotspur.
And with the new challenges that Montemurro has set her, our head coach says Nobbs' game will only improve.
"The main one is just her effectiveness," he said. "We just want her to be more efficient and effective.
"Jordan is very energetic, she likes to be involved all the time but we've just set her some challenges to be involved where she can be really effective.
