Mikel Arteta reveals key Arsenal player is a DOUBT for game against Leicester after suffering a 'muscular injury' - and heaps praise on Ethan Nwaneri, 17, after Carabao Cup masterclass

A key Arsenal player missed the Gunners' Carabao Cup win over Bolton with an injury and is a doubt for the Gunners' Premier League game against Leicester, manager Mikel Arteta has revealed.

Arsenal eased into the last-16 of the competition on Wednesday with a 5-1 win at the Emirates, featuring a brace from 17-year-old Ethan Nwaneri, who impressed in midfield.

Nwaneri wasn't the only youngster involved for Arsenal, however, with six teenagers featuring in total, including a record-breaking goalkeeper.

Jack Porter became the youngest starter in the Gunners' history when he lined up in goal for the game, aged just 16 and deputising for David Raya and Neto.
