Matteo Guendouzi hints Arsenal career is over after 'intense time' and 'two good years' at Emirates with midfielder still waiting for Hertha Berlin debut after loan move

Matteo Guendouzi has hinted that his time is up at Arsenal and the Frenchman appears resigned to a permanent move away from the club.

He joined Hertha Berlin on loan from the Gunners during the transfer window having fallen out of favour under Mikel Arteta.

And the language used by Guendouzi when speaking about his time at the Emirates seemed to suggest he considers that chapter of his young career over.

The 21-year-old told Kicker: 'I played over 80 games there and had a good, intense time there.
