Matt Turner joins Arsenal as goalkeeper finalises £5.75m switch from MLS side New England Revolution to compete with Aaron Ramsdale to be Mikel Arteta's No 1

Matt Turner has officially landed at Arsenal, joining the club for £5.75million from New England Revolution.

With the paperwork completed in February, the American has completed the MLS season before his transatlantic move.

The goalkeeper, who turned 28 on Friday, has finally arrived in London, as confirmed by Arsenal's Twitter account.

The Gunners wrote: 'From New Jersey to North London… Welcome home, Matty Turner.'
