Dynamic Matildas midfielder Kyra Cooney-Cross has sealed a dream move to Arsenal from Swedish side Hammarby IF.
The 21-year-old will link up with international teammates Caitlin Foord and Steph Catley in north London, and it follows an impressive World Cup from the rising star, where Australia reached the semi-finals for the first time.
'I'm so excited to join this club,' said Cooney-Cross, who made her A-League Women's debut as a 15-year-old for Melbourne Victory in 2017 and has signed a contract worth $272,000.
