Portuguese referee Artur Soares Dias takes charge on Tuesday night and he's no stranger to English football.
He oversaw Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City games in the Europa League and Champions League last season.
They're always big games to oversee, and he won those appointments because he's an excellent operator.

He is an excellent operator and was last out for Wales' 2-0 victory over Turkey in Baku

You might recall how Soares Dias was the referee who showed Dani Ceballos a second yellow in Arsenal's Europa League semi-final first leg, before dismissing Villarreal's Etienne Capoue in that same game — both of which were correct calls.
