Manchester United and Arsenal tracking bargain Borussia Monchengladbach forward Alassane Plea... with the Red Devils facing the prospect of Edinson Cavani leaving and the Gunners fearful of losing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette

Manchester United and Arsenal are among the clubs monitoring Borussia Monchengladbach forward Alassane Plea.

The 28-year-old is ready to leave Germany this summer and, with one year left on contract, could be available for a relative bargain at £15million.

Plea, who scored his 11th goal of the season in midweek against Hoffenheim, is quick, can play across the frontline and has a goalscoring ratio of one in three. He cost Gladbach £21million from Nice in 2018 and had interest from Arsenal prior to that.
