Manchester City players had to be escorted off the Etihad pitch following their win over Chelsea on Sunday.

Pep Guardiola's side secured a 1-0 win over the Blues having already won the Premier League title after Arsenal's loss to Nottingham Forest.

Thousands of fans surged onto the pitch to celebrate and a number of players including Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne had to flee amid security concerns.
