Manchester City put the gloss on their Premier League title with a 1-0 win against Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.
Argentine forward Julian Alvarez opened the scoring after 12 minutes when Wesley Fofana gave the ball away wastefully.
Alvarez could have had his second with 20 minutes left but referee Michael Oliver correctly ruled it out for a handball in the build-up by Riyad Mahrez.
