Lia, what do you remember from your very early days being coached? What were the most valuable lessons you learned?
It’s funny because I’m just writing a kids’ book, so I’ve been thinking about this a lot. I only remember bits and pieces because, when we were young, my friends and I really didn’t want to be coached.
