Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has revealed he finally left Arsenal last summer in order to win more trophies.

Szczesny spent two seasons on loan at Roma before finally agreeing a permanent move away from the Emirates Stadium, to the Serie A champions, for £13.5million.

The Polish keeper, who played for the Gunners between 2010 and 2015, said he wanted to move in order to play in a side more likely to achieve success.
