Juventus have agreed to sign Randal Kolo Muani on loan from PSG after agreeing to pay his salary in full.
Kolo Muani has been heavily linked with a move away from the French champions after falling out of favour under Luis Enrique.
Spurs held talks with PSG over a potential deal, with Ange Postecoglou looking to strengthen his frontline this month.
But the Premier League club are now set to miss out on one of their attacking targets as he prepares to move to France instead.
Kolo Muani was also offered to Arsenal, but his wages proved to be a stumbling block.
