Josie Gibson was left shocked by Mr Motivator's real age as he made an appearance on Tuesday's This Morning.
The presenter, 38, was joined by the fitness instructor, 70, - real name Derrick Errol Evans - who candidly spoke about his mental health and previous homelessness.
First off Josie questioned the star: 'Mr Motivator, I know you shouldn't speak about somebody's age but I have got to ask how old are you?
'You don't look any different from when I used to dance along to you on a morning.
He then replied: 'Well I'm 71 next month.
