Jesse Marsch is desperate to stop the rot at Leeds but insists he is the 'long-term' solution to their current woes.

Marsch admits progress has been slower than he would have liked since succeeding the much-loved Marcelo Bielsa in February.
Yet the American, who steered Leeds to safety on the final day of last season, said: 'I look at it as a long-term project but I also realise that in the short term that we have to get results.
