Jens Lehmann has revealed that he introduced yoga to Arsenal while with the club.
Lehmann spent five seasons with Arsenal and was part of the famed 'Invincibles' side that won the Premier League without losing a single game in the top flight all season.
The German credits his ability to keep playing past the age of 40 to yoga. His fitness levels at that age allowed him to come out of retirement for a short stint with Arsenal in 2011, becoming Arsenal's oldest ever league player in the process in April when he played against Blackpool at the age of 41 and 150 days.
