Lisa Evans scored as Scotland started their double header of matches against New Zealand with a comprehensive 2-0 win.
Jane Ross gave Shelley Kerr’s side a first-half lead, before Evans made sure of the victory by slotting home from close range after capitalising on a defensive error.
Evans could be in action again on Tuesday, when Scotland face New Zealand at 10am (UK time) as they continue their preparations for the start of their World Cup qualifying campaign in April.
Dominique Janssen was also in action for her country, coming off the bench to help the Netherlands come from behind to beat Denmark in the Algarve Cup.
