Bukayo Saka scored a second-half equaliser to earn a draw in our first leg tie against Benfica in Rome.
This was classed as Benfica's home game in the Europa League Round of 32 - the game was switched to neutral territory due to travel restrictions - but the away goal rule is still in play, so Saka's goal was doubly important.
In a game we largely controlled, we rued some missed chances before Benfica went ahead from the penalty spot following an Emile Smith Rowe handball.
Saka levelled two minutes later, meaning we take a 1-1 scoreline to the second leg in Athens, Greece next Thursday.
