Caitlin Foord was on target for Australia as they secured a win over Denmark and a place in the World Cup quarter-finals.
It was an efficient display from the Matildas on home turf as they comfortably dismissed the Danes 2-0, with Foord scoring her first goal in this year's World Cup and Hayley Raso getting her third. Steph Catley, meanwhile, led the Matildas to victory as she has done throughout the tournament.
Foord broke the deadlock just before the half-hour mark. Mary Fowler's defence-splitting pass found our forward speeding down the left wing and she took only one touch before slotting the ball nicely through the goalkeeper's legs.
