Former England star Kenny Sansom has spoken for the first time since the attack that left him fighting for life with severe head injuries, according to reports.
The 61-year-old is thought to have fallen and suffered a serious head injury during a disagreement and was subsequently taken to hospital.
The former England and Arsenal great was unable to recall the incident but The Sun claim he has now told family holding a six-week hospital vigil: 'I'm in a bad way.'
