Chelsea Women claimed a hugely valuable 3-1 victory over Arsenal that was dominated by the match being delayed after the Gunners turned up with the wrong socks.
The pre-match delay unsettled Arsenal as the hosts got off to a lightning-quick start by scoring three goals within the opening 35 minutes.
England star Lauren James gave Chelsea the lead with a 15th minute strike before Sjoeke Nusken scored two more times before the interval.
The Gunners were reprieved with a late consolation when Chelsea substitute Catarina Macario turned the ball into her own net late in the game.
