Brentford 'place £100m price tag' on star striker Ivan Toney as Arsenal and Chelsea are set to go toe-to-toe to sign the Bees forward... as both clubs 'look to make sales' in order to afford him

Brentford have reportedly slapped a '£100million price tag' on Ivan Toney, as they look to ward off competition for thier star striker in January.

The Independent claim that the Bees have slapped the big price on the England striker, with Chelsea now looking to offload players in order to 'challenge Arsenal for Toney's signature.'

Arsenal have been heavily linked with a move for Toney, who is currently serving an eight-month ban from football after he had breached the FA's rules on gambling.

Despite that, Toney is free to return for the Bees on January 17, but The Independent claims that both Arsenal and Chelsea are 'unwilling to pay £100m' for Toney.
