Arsenal are set to submit an improved official bid of a minimum £90million for Declan Rice in the next 24 hours.
The Gunners have made Rice their No 1 target and have already seen an offer of £80m plus and extra £10m in add ons rejected by West Ham.
However, the Gunners will make a new offer which it is understood will be worth a minimum £90m plus add-on that could push the fee closer to £100m.
Rice heads off on holiday this week after an arduous 61-game season expecting to be an Arsenal player by the end of the month.
