Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has cemented his place in the history books by donating one of his Black Lives Matter shirts to the Museum of London.
The iconic shirt has been donated to the museum’s ongoing ‘Collecting COVID’ project, which will document the Black Lives Matter movement and protests that took place in London earlier this year.
The Black Lives Matter logo was added to all Premier League shirts when the season re-started earlier this year, following anti-racism protests across the globe – a pivotal moment that the Museum of London will document in its permanent collection as part of ‘Collecting COVID’.
