If Mikel Arteta was looking for a model in how to rebuild a team and a club, he does not need to go much further than Liverpool.
When Jurgen Klopp took over in October 2015, the Reds were 10th in the Premier League - but less than five years later, they have been crowned champions.
Arteta is a big admirer of the work done by his opposite number - and says there is one key area where they have done particularly well.
"What they have done is phenomenal," he said. "Obviously the first two years it took them some time to rebuild the squad and to create a new culture, a new philosophy and a game model that suited the coach.
