Arsene Wenger branded Alexis Sanchez the 'devil' after the Chilean kept Arsenal's hopes of Champions League qualification alive.
The striker was a huge doubt for the game against relegated Sunderland with a thigh injury and Wenger only decided on the afternoon of the game to play him.
But the decision turned out to be a masterstroke as Sanchez, who is still to sign a new contract, scored both goals in a 2-0 win to ensure Arsenal have a chance of stealing fourth spot on the final day of the season on Sunday.

Manager Wenger said: 'Yes it looks a good decision to play him, but I felt he had something left to give.
