Arsene Wenger is finished. The curtain has dropped on his career. The last 10 years have been sad to watch, but it can never be forgotten that the French dreamer has been the single most important thing to happen to Arsenal, ever.

The Professor reinvented Arsenal as a superclub. He rebranded our stodgy image, carefully re-engineered the philosophy, and made us a global icon for exciting, sexy football.

My whole childhood is doused with great memories he directed. I was at the sun-drenched FA Cup Final in 1998 when Marc Overmars and Nicolas Anelka helped us deliver a double in his first full season.
